Vintage Rose Girl Card

I have been using up my stash again to make some cards
This is a lovely vintage 3D design I had in my craft stash

The artwork is so sweet, and I like the rustic, vintage look.

I used a Marianne Cutting die and Memory Box die to make the pink embellishment, to match the pink in the flowers

Pink Bears Card

This card was made using a Dufex Bear 3D design Ive had for ages.
Such delicate detail and lovely subtle colours on this sheet
This sheet was die cut, which I was relieved about as the flowers were so delicate.

I used Marianne cutting dies, frames and Memory box swirl to add extra embellishments.

I rarely use die cut 3D sheet, as I prefer to cut out my sheets.  Something quite relaxing about cutting out
And I always feel Ive been more creative too when I cut out a 3D sheet

Ive entered this into the Die Cutting Divas Challenge 130

Metallic Summer Floral Card

With the lovely summer we've had, I thought I should get some floral designs used
This is one of the Metallic 3D sheets from my stash.

I embossed the layers on thsi card, something I do so often forget to do

With using my cutting dies so much Ive got out of the habbit of adding a ribbon bow to my cards. So went with a bow for a change

Metallic Red Roses Card

I have a small collection of Metallic 3D sheets, that I have yet to get used.

This is a lovely roses design, such a nice affect with it too

I made the embellishment with Marianne Cutting dies, great way to use up bits of craft paper and card

I keep a bag of scrap bits just to use with my cutting dies. Which is great, as before I got my cutting machine I would of just thrown these away

Pink Floral Mini Book

I got a request to make another Mini book.  I did another square one, as its a nice shape to work with, and works well with the Marianne frame cutting dies I like to use

This was the first page, the pink flowers were a 3D sheet I had in my stash, a little fiddly to cut out, but well worth the effort

I used pink glittered card to cut out the Marianne frame

All the pages were different, and this one I used a lovely, delicate fairy design that I have had in my stash for a while

Works so well with the stunning backing paper

I got this Hunkydory topper in a set with a craft mag.  The artwork is so nice, so detailed. All in pink page
Used my Marianne cutting dies for the frame and butterflies

And of course I had to use one of Debbi Moore's art deco ladies. This red dressed lady was from a craft mag (one of the toppers)
I used gems and glitter on the design, its so lush :D

The backing paper is flocked too

Dufex foxes. One of the dufex 3D sheets Ive had in my stash for a while and of course foxes - I love wildlife.

The embellishment is made from Marianne floral die and Memory box swirl

A mini book is great for using up stash, and also to get to use some of the stunning backing papers I have too

Debbi Moore Red Victorian Lady Christmas Card

This is another stunning topper from a Debbi Moore Craft Mag
This topper shows more of the lovely Victorian Lady in red. I just love that dress :D

Ive used a couple of dies to make the embellishment.  Marianne Poinsettia die works well with a Memory Box holly die.  I used handmade textured papers for the pointsettia - which has a lovely tactile feel.

Again the artwork holds its own, however I didnt think this more detailed embellishment overwelmed it.

Small Debbi Moore Victorian Lady Christmas Card

This is another of the stunning Festive Victorian Lady designs from a Debbi Moore craft mag.

One of the smaller toppers, so added quite big Snowflakes - Marianne die. I am liking this die, makes a nice impression

Other than that, kept it simple. I added glitter to the topper, though that doesnt show well on the photo
I just felt this stunning artwork holds its own

Festive Teddy in Window Card

I got this from a Craft Mag, late last year.  And didn't have chance to use all the designs, so will be using them all this year

The teddy is so cute, I like cute, just dont get much chance to do festive cute

Very simple card, the paper matches the design - was also in the pack - not much else apart from a bit of glitter.
A little fiddly to cut out was this 3D sheet, but quite affective.

The 3D sheets are a reasonable size so take up most of the front of a 5x7 card.

Christmas Victorian Lady in Green

End of last year I got a lovely Debbi Moore craft mag with some stunning Victorian Lady festive designs included.
But  by then I had made all my festive cards, so didn't get chance to use them - until this year :D

This is one of the victorian lady toppers, and Ive used a Marianne Poinsettia die and Holly die
The poinsettia looks quite affective in the white material I used, works in nice with the lady design

I have seen others cards with Poinsettia in different colours than Red, and I do like the affect - think it still looks like a poinsettia :D

Easel Fairy Card

I used a topper from a Debbi Moore craft mag for this card
I really love the fairy artwork, and it is so nice to get to do a fantasy themed card.

The papers also came in the craft mag, so most of the elements blend in well with the colour theme.

I made it into a simple easel card, something I don't do very often, but thought it would be nice for a change.

The front section I used a Spellbinder die for decorating the card border section and a Marianne die for the butterflies.

Simple little card, but I do like it and it was nice to do a different style of fold too

Vintage Bird - Free Art

I like wildlife, though I dont get to use it as much as I would like in my card making.

This is a lovely delicate topper for crafters to use.

If you use any of the toppers I offer for free in a project, please do post a comment with a link - Id love to see them

Elegant Lady in White Card

I was gifted this lovely, elegant lady design. It is quite a large design so I wanted to do something a little different with it

I posted the bottom layer on the inside of the card, and did an interesting fold at the front for the other layers.

I think it gave a nice affect, with a slightly off angle affect.

The papers came with the 3D sheet, so I used that to blend in with the lady design.

Ive entered this is the Just for Fun - Anything Goes Challenge

Rose Square Mini Book

I got a request to make another Mini book.
They do make lovely, special, Keepsakes for a birthday
And I have so enjoyed having chance to make something like this.

The front page of this one, was a metalic rose 3D design.
I used a Marianne frame cutting die and the paper is raised textured. Such lovely stuff

I had to use one of the lovely My Fair Lady toppers I got from a Debbi Moore craft mag
Just works so nicely for this mini book
I used a Memory Box swirl die, with a purchased embossed flower topper.

Raided my stash to make this page. Its a patterned bird topper on a floral cupcake
I stayed with the blue tones for the papers and embellishments for this page
Again  my Marianne floral and butterfly dies came in handy and Memory Box swirl die.
I have had this stunning Mermaid 3D design in my stash for ages, and this was the project to finally use it
A very detailed and fiddly design to cut out, but well worth it.
Again I used my cutting dies to create the embellishment.  Love the affect of swirls with floral dies

I have had this 3D teddy sticker in my stash for a long time and never found a nice enough project to use it - until now
Its all glittered and gilded too, lovely design.
The flowers were also on the sheet.

I used a delicate vellum to make the flower with the butterfly in the centre, quite a nice affect

I so love making my own embellishments, the biggest advantage is working them in the same colour tones you need for a project
Just couldnt always do that with shop bought embellishments
