Lady with Vintage Car

I made this card using a topper from a Debbi Moore craft mag.
Lovely vintage design, and nice touch with the vintage car background

I had a pack of vintage papers, one was of lace gloves and pearls, which I felt would work lovely with this elegant lady design

And I also used a Marianne cutting die, that goes with the frame, but one that I often use for a decorative corner.

More Hunkydory Flowers

Another of the lovely hunkydory flower toppers from my stash. And yes, I'm doing well, using up old stash and resisting buying more - lets hope I can keep it up for this year.

The topper came with matching papers, which are so pretty

I just added a small embellishment, made with a swirl cutting die and butterfly cutting die.

Creative Friday Link Party 4

This is the card Im showing for this weeks Creative Friday Link Party, made with a Debbi Moore design.

I decided to play with some of the cutting dies that I got to work with male themed cards

I made a fob watch - with a cutting die (a little fiddly to put all those pieces together, but very affective)
The other dies were gears and starts, making for a nice display

Now to Linking to Your Creations for this weeks Creative Friday
Please Link to a Recent Craft Creation e.g - papercraft, sewing, painting, knitting etc.
I will leave the Link Party Open until Early next week.

Hunkydory Pink Flowers

I got a free set of Hunkydory toppers and got to use some of them recently
Most are quite large, so unsure when I will get to use those.

But the sizes that will go on a 6x6 are very usefull. Very nice to have matching backing papers.

I used a swirl and butterfly cutting die and made a bow for the extra embellishment.

Lovely summery flower, which is nice to chase away these dark months before Spring.

I made these small projects to show off for this weeks Creative Friday
One is a decorated tag - an example of the project I want to do with a Craft Group I work with
Most of the embellishments have been made using my cutting dies :D

The other two are Fat Book Pages. Ones that I swap with a couple of crafting friends, using small embellishments and toppers.
Great fun and a good way to use up those small things in your stash.

Setter Family of Dogs

I have used this dog design before by Glyn Williams - from a Joanna Sheen craft cd

Its one of my favourites, the pups look so cute.

I used a nice ivy cutting die, for a simple embellishment. And the vintage paper, works well with the aged look of the barn door

A simple card that would work well for a Male card and for dog lovers.

Green Art Deco Lady

This time of year my card making slows down after the rush of Festive work.  And it feels a little bit flat, so its nice to have the opportunity to make a card

This card I made using an elegant topper, that I have had for a while.  The artwork is lovely, do like the detail in the ladies dress

I kept the rest of the card reasonably simple, as I didn't want to overwhelm the topper.

So just a small embellishment - using swirl cutting die and flower cutting die.

Really pretty paper too, quite vintage and such a nice shade, that works in well with the gold embossing on the topper :D

This is my creations for this weeks Creative Friday a card made for a  crafting friend.

The dress and handbag, were toppers Ive had for a while, and I combined them with Frame  cutting die (in black and lovely rose holographic card)
I made the embellishemnt with two different floral cutting dies and a swirl cutting die.

Im enjoying combining different flower cutting dies to make unusual flower toppers :D

Black Glitter Flower

I actually made this card at the end of last year, it was a thank you to a very kind crafting friend.

I got the flower topper as a gift, lovely silky material flower, that was just the right size to work with the Frame cutting die.

The top section is a seperate floral wreath that finished that layering off quite nicely

Something a little different, and the backing paper gave a splash of colour

Dufex Girl Fairy

The first card for 2014, Happy New Year :D

I used cute dufex 3d design on this card, which worked really well with a Frame Cutting Die

I cut part the die out in blue glitter card, and added a lovely blue bow made from organza ribbon.

The paper is ever so pretty, such lovely shades of blue/lilac in those flowers.

Well here's to another year of Crafting :D
