Fancy Sledge

This topper and paper was free in a craft mag.
I love the detail in the artwork, and it's also a fun design, that makes for a fun card.

I used one of my snowflake cutting dies, with sequin and small gems to make the neat little embellishment.

Winter Cottage Garden

This lovely topper was a freebie from a craft mag, love the artwork, just so festive, yet, also so wintery.

This wintery scene is lovely, makes you want to live in the country. I like the countryside, though only when I can come back to home comforts :D

I combined this with a snowflake cutting die, that I really like using.

All Owls

Owls seem to be popular of late, and this lovely design is one by Debbi Moore

I used this topper design from one of Debbi's craft mags, and combined it with cutting dies.
The owl one is a set by Tatty Lace, and the lovely leaves were made with a Marianne Cutting Die.

Kind acute, and lovely artwork :D

Cool Robin

I love this robin design, it's one I got from a craft mag, and ever so sweet.

I got to use a few of my cutting dies on this card, including a layer of one of my frames. I don't have many toppers small enough to use the smaller layers.

I love the snowflake cutting die used on this card, though it is one of those that I struggle to get to work due to the detail. It works well with one of my swirls too.

Floral Fan Hanger

I made this wall hanger for a friend, has a thankyou for a lovely gift she sent me.

The top half of the hanger - fan shaped - that shape I created with a Glitter Girls embossing board
I covered it with purple patterned thin card, it was from a pad I bought some time back, lovely quality.

The flowers I made with my cutting dies, a couple of different sizes, and just a few layers, but enough to give depth.
And painted them all with cosmic paints, so they all had a lovely sheen to them

I also used the feather cutting die, and made a bow for that.

I used metalic rings to connect to the bottom section, which I used some lovely wording on and made another bow

I do enjoy making wall hangers :D

Lattice Bird House

I moved house this week, so been a bit hectic, trying to get cards made that I needed before the move.
I have a different view from my craft room, and the room is slightly bigger, and has a nice warmth.
I can see me enjoying my crafting :D
I made this card using a Debbi Moore design, from her craft mag.
The detail in the image is really pretty, especially in the flowers.
I of course had to use my cutting dies, the flourish one, worked lovely on their own, and of course the Owl cutting dies work lovely too, as it is a Bird House theme.

Fancy Blue Bird

This really pretty topper used for this card is by Hunkydory.
I love the artwork, even the border section is so very pretty.

I kept the card simple as I didn't want to overwhelme the lovely topper
So I made a nice embellishment with my cutting dies, the sprig - still very hard to use, and a lovely Marianne die for the flower

I'm using my cosmic paints a lot on embellishments, as the sheen is so nice, and they transform plain card and paper into something that looks far more lush :D

Fancy Dress

I decided to make this card using a dress bodice template and some organza material.

The Template I have had for a while, and don't use it that often. It's a lovely shape, and was nice to use it with one of my embossing folders.
The pattern I got onto the bodice worked well with adding a few nice gems too

The skirt was made with a organza material, it was cut in a circle, so I folded it to get this shape, the colour shimmers lovely and with it being folded, there are a few lovely layers in that skirt :D
I added the sequins and gems for added interest

Vintage Balloon Free Art

This design I made a few different toppers with, one tagged shaped, and the smaller topper has a slatted affect, which I really liked. I enjoyed doing this topper collage, and it's a great one for a male card

Feathered Bird

Lovely design on this card, by Hunkydory.

The patterned paper is from a different paper pack, however, I really liked the subtle colours in the paper, and felt they complimented the colours in the topper so well

I really like the feather cutting die I got this year, coming in handy and such nice detaile. Added a bit of glitter to the embellishments, for interest
