Vintage Christmas Car

I made the topper for this card, from my digital art collection
The various elements work really well together, mostly vintage, with a modern xmas tree

I made the embellishment with a couple of cutting dies, the lamp post I haven't used with the post section, together for ages.
There is a sign section in this set, however, I rarely use that one as I tend to prefer to make my own tags

Lovely card, that works well, and a good one for a man's festive card.

Wolf Zentangle Inspired Art

This is a recent ZIA project of mine. I used Ben Kwok's base template and decorated it with zentangle patterns.

I tried some different Zentangle patterns in this project, and as always they can be hard to get right
I don't tend to practice them much before I add them to a project, find the creating of ZIA more interesting than making Zentangle Tiles

My journey to learn zentangle art as become one of a personal challenge and improvement. I am very much enjoying this challenge and loving the projects I am able to create.

Also hope that the more varied projects I share on my blog is of interest to crafters, Even the coloured in projects I feel have interest as it's showing what can be achieved in pencils and how my shading work is improving

Red Flower Toppers - Free Art

Time for a couple of new Freebies.  These are made with vintage floral designs, combined with various other elements I have in my digital stash.
I like to use the blending section in PSP to make different affects

I have lots of background patterns too and do like to make my own layering with those

Regal Pink

I used a Debbi Moore Design on this card, love the shade of pink in her outfit

I went for a colour scheme of white, black and pink to match the colours in the topper

Used monochrome patterned paper, deep pink card - which I embossed - and a couple of my cutting dies to compliment the lovely lady artwork
I have a selection of patterned holographic card, which I thought was a good idea at the time, and though I've had the pack years, I have hardly used any of the sheets.

However, I am sure some of the patterns will work well cut out with some of my more solid cutting dies.
