Free Dover Publication Adult Colouring Designs

I've purchased Dover Publication artwork for years, and especially like their colouring books.

Dover offer free samples of alot of their books, be it artwork, or colouring books, and I'm sure a lot of other crafters/colourist would like them. So I've collated some links for visitors to check out on Dover Publications of free samples, you can sign up to get updates yourself.

Lovely collection of art to colour in, one of my favourites offered by Dover.

Here's a link to the free samples on Dover Publications website -

Simple Bird and Flower Card

On occasions I get a craft mag, which offer a free cutting die. The bird on this card came with a recent purchase of a craft mag. It is a simple little die, however, I feel it will come in handy.

I kept this card quite simple, as I wanted to get a feel for the bird die, not sure if it is that noticable in the photo, but I cut the bird twice, one in dark blue and the other in a lighter blue glitter card.

I was trying for a shadow look, and it works quite well. One problem with this cutting die though, the legs are too find to actually stick down.

The rest of the card is simple, used a small floral die, a sentiment die, and part of a frame die.

Cute Rabbits at Christmas

The digital design I used on this card has been in my collection for a while, and I have finally got around to using it.
I find that when I get a new Digital Craft CD, I forget about the older stuff I have, so every so often I go searching through my collections to find forgotten designs.

I used one of my embossing folders on mirror card, though not specifically a festive pattern.
The embellishments wer made with a couple of my cutting dies, to compliment the topper.

I decided this year to use single toppers, instead of doing decoupage, and to enhance the cards by making more embellishments. I still really like the 3D affect of decoupage, but my spare time is limited now.
